How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders (India) arrive in 5-7 business days. International shipments take 10-14 business days. All parcels are carefully packaged, dispatched via reputed couriers, and tracked with a consignment number.
Can I request additional photographs?
Absolutely. We encourage it. Send us an inquiry with the product name and we'll photograph the weave details, pallav, and border under studio lighting.
Do you accept custom / bespoke orders?
Yes. We work with master weavers to create commissioned pieces. Lead time is 3-6 months depending on complexity. A 50% deposit is required to begin.
How do I care for my Patola saree?
Dry-clean only. Store in a muslin or cotton cloth, never plastic. Refold along different lines every 6 months to prevent crease damage along the silk fibres.
What is included with every purchase?
Every Majestic Patola saree is carefully folded, protective-wrapped, and dispatched in secure courier packaging with full fabric care instructions.
